Hub Proxy Access

Proxy access on the Hub is “Student Controlled”.  Please contact your student to receive “Proxy Access”.

After your proxy has been successfully added, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to access your student’s inFormation.

Proxy Access is parent/guest access to the Hub.  Proxy Access allows a parent/guest the ability to view their student’s record at 菲律宾十大彩票平台.  学生 control access.

注意:  New students will have access to The Hub by July 1st, and can request Proxy Access at that time.

From the main menu bar, located at the top right of the Hub screen, select your username and choose View/Add Proxy Access

1. Log on to the Hub
2. Select View/Add Proxy Access (under About Me)…You will then be redirected to the Self-Service Hub
3. 点击 the person icon (to the left of the screen), under User Options, click on “View/Add Proxy Access”
4. Under “Select a Proxy”, either select a name 从 drop down list, or Add Another User
5. Complete the Required InFormation
6. Select Access Level
7. 提交

The person to who you want to grant proxy access must have an email address on file with 菲律宾十大彩票平台.  If the person you selected does not have an email address on file, contact Student Accounts in the Business Office (studentaccounts@cqkaisi.com) to provide one.

菲律宾十大彩票平台 will be assigning your username and verifying the inFormation we have on file For your proxy.  As soon as verification is complete, the pending flag will be removed.  请允许 five business days For verification.

You can allow your proxy access to all available inFormation or only the items you select.  例如, you might want to allow your proxy to access your Student Finance inFormation so they can view and make a payment on your account, but choose not to allow access to your grades.

• Review awarded financial aid
• View a checklist
• View student account activity and make a payment
• Make sure all financial aid requirements have been met

点击 Edit Proxy Details to add or remove access For a proxy.
